Step 1. Apply online or by phone
and give us details of the relevant property you
own. It only takes a couple of minutes.
Step 2. One of our experienced
consultants will contact you so that we can get
a full picture of your current situation.
Step 3. If your tailor made solution
involves a quick sale of your home or investment
property, in many cases an ‘offer in principle’
will be made to you without having to visit your
home or investment propety . This offer is normally
70 - 85% of current market value.
Step 4. On acceptance of our
‘offer in principle,’ a viewing will
be completed and thereafter, we will make you a
written offer. These are all FREE of charge.
Step 5. We or someone from our
network of serious investors will buy your property
– completion is normally within 28 days
but can be less. You can use your own solicitor
or or we can arrange one from our Master Team
for you. We even pay your solicitors fees up to
£500 on completion, if you decide to use
one from our recommended panel.
Step 6. Your completion date
is under your complete control. You’re under
no pressure to move out quickly unless, of course,
you want to.
Step 7. Some people wish to stay
on as a tenant – at an agreed rent. This
is known as a Sale and Rent Back. Remember, that
part of our mission is to respond to your needs
quickly and efficiently so a Rent Back is all
